1st you want to do a few coats of your color on the sandwich bag, once its dry add a couple top coats and wait for it to completely dry.
After its dry you should be able to just peel it off the bag
Stick it in the shape puncher (I got mine at Michael's its from the Martha Stewart Collection)
Before i applied them to my nails i used China Glaze Strong adhesive base coat and then picked up the hearts with tweezers.I decided not to use the pink this time because i didn't want my nails too bright, the sparkles are my favorite... i could do without the green next time :/
